Prior to joining onDemand, Kristina was a top-producing processor at Loan Depot, one of the largest direct lenders in the country. She has also contributed her expertise to Caliber Home Loans, NewRez, and PHH Mortgage, where she developed a deep command of processing, operations, underwriting support, and customer experience.
In her role, Kristina works closely with our executive licensed lending officers to oversee processing workflows, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure every client receives a streamlined and transparent refinance experience. She collaborates directly with leading title companies, enhances communication throughout the loan cycle, and upholds the highest standards of accuracy and service.
Kristina is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence. She remains available to assist and guide clients at every stage of the refinance process, ensuring clarity, confidence, and a consistently high level of support.
